Our Team

Hey there! We’re Elvin and Lauren and we began Value Mobile Homes years ago to help park & mobile home owners with direct buying of their homes and/or property when they no longer wanted them. We then remodeled and offered these homes to families who were looking for value and affordability in the market. Soon after, by natural demand, we began the brokerage side of VMH, to bring a service to those mobile home sellers who wanted to list but didn’t want the hassle that comes with the process of doing it on your own and others wouldn’t deal with. In both being a direct buyer and licensed mobile home broker, we have helped hundreds in the communities we serve and it’s been our mission to be of service to the sellers and buyers, but also having a strong stance on  merging affordability and value in a housing market that is everchanging.

We are a Licensed Mobile Home Brokerage and Mobile Home Buyer here in North Florida, serving Duval, Clay, Nassau, St. John’s, Putnam, Baker, Columbia, and beyond, even Southeast Georgia where we relocated from back in 2014. We have bought mobile homes, renovated and sold to many families looking for affordable homeownership and secondary homes. We also offer quality, clean and affordable mobile home rentals.
